Insights :)

I am doing my bible study homework and it is awesome...right now I read thru the red sea parting and ....then the Israelites in the wilderness....(Exodus 15 and 16ish) Short summary, they are in the wilderness and have to depend on God to meet their provisions and he does obviously but they still complain and grumble...well I got a great chuckle out of this part...what God said to them after they complained about wanting to eat meat from Egypt EVEN THOUGH God had been providing manna and quail....

HE says and I quote from the Bible - Numbers 11:18-20 "Tell the people: 'Consecrate yourselves in preparation for tomorrow, when you will eat meat. The LORD heard you when you wailed, "If only we had meat to eat! We were better off in Egypt!" Now the LORD will give you meat, and you will eat it. You will not eat it for just one day, or two days, or five, ten or twenty days, 20 but for a whole month—until it comes out of your nostrils and you loathe it—because you have rejected the LORD, who is among you, and have wailed before him, saying, "Why did we ever leave Egypt?"

bahahahahaha oh God is funny, isnt he?? I just laughed. God is faithful if we will just trust in Him. :)
God wants us to trust him that he will provide, which he will. We shouldnt worry about tomorrow because tomorrow will have worries of its own (Matthew 6:34) God's mercy is new every morning! Beth Moore said "God was telling me that a sufficient amount of mercy and grace would be set aside for me everyday of my life, enough every morning!"

I wish I didnt worry so much. I am working on that. God is good. God is faithful. I remember that when I look at the sunrise. It comes up everyday.
